Rehab etc. Physical Therapy has been locally owned and operated in Memphis, TN for over 20 years. We have five Memphis area locations and one Nashville location to conveniently serve our patients.

Jim Hambrick
Jim is co-founder and co-owner of Rehab etc. He is a native of Memphis. After attending undergraduate school at Mississippi State University, he attended Physical Therapy school at the University of Tennessee, Memphis. After practicing for approximately 5 years, he opened his first private practice clinic in 1993. He has received advanced training and certification in Myofascial Pain management. He is certified through the Janet G. Travell, M.D. Myopain Seminar Series in myofascial pain and deep dry needling. He has been married for over 29 years and has 2 children.
Tyler Andrews
Tyler is a native Memphian who graduated from the U of M in 2008 with an undergraduate degree in Health and Human Performance. He went on to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2012 before joining Rehab etc. Tyler is certified in dry needling and has advanced training and knowledge in myofascial pain management. He excels with a hands-on approach and manual therapy techniques. In his free time, Tyler enjoys being with his two children and watching the Tigers, Grizzlies and Titans.
Ashley Hansford
Ashley was raised in Halls, TN. He attended Millsaps College in Jackson, MS and received a BSc in Biology. After working for one year in an industrial rehabilitation facility, he enrolled at Belmont University in Nashville, TN, graduating in 2001 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. After working in western Kentucky for 6 years, Ashley joined the Rehab etc. staff in October of 2007. He has interest in management of geriatric conditions, and disorders of the spine and pelvis, shoulder girdle, and soft tissue. He has advanced training in Myofascial Pain management and dry needling. He enjoys traveling, playing golf, reading mystery & non-fiction literature, and the St. Louis Cardinals.
Sue DiAngelo
Sue was born and raised in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. She received her Physical Therapy degree from the University of Toronto in 1984. She has worked for Rehab etc. since moving to Memphis in 1994. She is certified in dry needling and has extensive training in manual therapy. Her practice ranges from rehabilitation following joint replacements, rotator cuff repairs and spinal surgeries to treatment of chronic pain conditions and vestibular rehab.
Brad Andrews
Brad was born and raised in Memphis until receiving his bachelor degree in kinesiology at the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 2012. He then completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the UT Health Science Center back in Memphis before joining Rehab etc. in 2015. He has begun the dry needling certification process and is a current member of the APTA. He treats a wide variety of conditions, with experience in both post-op rehab and chronic pain patients. Brad has enjoyed working alongside his brother, Tyler, at our Kirby location. Outside of the clinic, Brad enjoys playing golf, boating at Pickwick Lake, attending Hope church and spending time with his fiance, Ashley. He is an avid supporter of anything Memphis, including the Tigers and Grizzlies.
Tamara Hoffman
Tamara is a fully certified STOTT PILATES instructor. She is also a Licensed Instructor Trainer for STOTT PILATES for mat, reformer, chair, cadillac and barrels. She is certified in injuries and special populations and has been teaching pilates for over 30 years. Her other certifications include Pilates for Scoliosis and the Pink Ribbon Pilates for Breast Cancer. She danced professionally for 17 years with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet in Canada, Ballet Du Nord in France and was Ballet Mistress for Ballet Memphis for 21 years.
BARTLETT/WOLFCHASE LOCATION
Ken McMahon
Ken grew up here in Memphis, where he attended Christian Brothers High School and then went on to attend the University of Memphis where he received a BS in Molecular Biology. He graduated from Belmont University in Nashville, TN with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Specialty interests in physical therapy include myofascial pain, spine therapy and orthopedic issues. He is one of very few therapists in this area certified through the Janet G. Travell, M.D. Myopain Seminar Series in myofascial pain and deep dry needling. In addition to this, he is a clinical instructor for both the University of Tennessee and the Belmont University Physical Therapy Programs and he is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Tennessee Physical Therapy Association. He is the clinic director of our Wolfchase/Bartlett location. He lives in Arlington, TN with his wife, Megan, and his two daughters, Maci Grace and Madison Avery.
Blake Bennett
Blake is from Northwest Indiana and moved to Memphis after graduating from the Andrews University Doctor of Physical Therapy program in Berrien Springs, Michigan. He interned at Rehab etc and fell in love with the community of patients and staff at our Bartlett office. He is interested in using a manual and holistic approach to evaluate and treat patients. He is pursuing a Certified Manual Physical Therapy specialty through the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT) with plans of completion in 2021. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, firearms and spending time with family and friends.
Steven Gordon
Steven was born and raised in Memphis, TN. He worked as a Physical Therapy Technician while attending the University of Memphis before continuing to receive a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2021. He returned to join the Rehab etc. team shortly after graduation. He enjoys treating a broad spectrum of patients with special interest in manual therapy, post-operative rehabilitation, and injury prevention. In his free time, Steven enjoys camping/hiking, golf, and spending time with family and friends
Brooke Creary
Brooke attended the University of Memphis, receiving her undergraduate degree in Biology and graduated in 2004. She then attended Southwest TN Community College and received her Physical Therapy Assistant degree in 2005. Brooke joined the Rehab etc. team in 2000. She enjoys being outside and spending time with her son.
COLLIERVILLE LOCATION
Ashley Bradford
Ashley was born and raised in Memphis. She graduated from the University of Memphis with a BSc in Biology in 1997. She attended PT school at the University of Tennessee and graduated in 1999, later going back to receive her DPT in 2009. She joined the staff of Rehab etc. in 2000 and worked in our Tabor Orthopedic clinic for 11 years. She is now the Clinic Director at our Collierville location. She is certified in myofascial pain and deep dry needling. She has also received significant post-graduate training including manual therapy and trigger point therapy training as well as in the treatment of movement impairment syndromes. She recently received additional training in treating TMJ from Panke institute graduates and professors (over 34 hours of instruction and hands-on training). She has special interest in treatment of runners, triathletes, and performance artists due to her years of involvement in these activities (5-yr triathlon, 13-yr runner, danced for 24 yrs). She is a certified running coach through RRCA and has been the acting physical therapist in several Orpheum productions, such as Anything Goes, Memphis- the Musical, Kinky Boots and Sister Act. Ashley is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as its Orthopedic section and Performing Arts Special Interest Group. She is Founder and President of Cheer for the Kids. She is married with twins and enjoys running, biking, swimming, triathlons and dance.
Matt Moser
Matt received his undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University with a concentration in Exercise Science in 2016. He graduated in 2020 with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and joined Rehab shortly after. Matt was born near Chicago but grew up in the West Tennessee area. He enjoys sports, exercising, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
OAKLAND LOCATION
Josh Taylor
Josh attended the University of Mississippi and graduated in 2007 with a BS in Exercise Science. He then went on to receive his Masters of Science in Exercise Science at Mississippi State University in 2010. He attended the University of Tennessee Health and Science Center and received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2013. Josh joined the Rehab etc. team shortly after graduation and has been working in our Specialty Orthopedics location until becoming Clinic Director in Oakland in 2016. He is married, with a son, and enjoys playing softball with his church, spending time with his family, watching sports (especially SEC sports) and playing golf.
Danielle Spencer
Danielle attended the University of Tennessee Martin for her undergraduate degree in Organismal Biology and graduated in 2015. She then went on to graduate with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health and Science Center in 2020. Danielle joined the Rehab etc. team in 2020 and is a member of the APTA- American Physical Therapy Asssociation. She is also certified in LSVT-BIG for Parkinson’s Disease. She enjoys being outside hiking, kayaking or boating. She has 2 dogs and enjoys watching football and basketball.
Zach Thornton
Zach attended the University of Miami and graduated in 2016 with a BS in Athletic Training with a Minor in Biology. He then went on to receive a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Regis University in 2021. Zach joined the Rehab etc. team shortly after graduation, working in the Oakland clinic. Outside of work, Zach enjoys practicing for barbell sports, bouldering and running on the Green Line.
Shandi Rakowsky
Shandi attended Concord and received her Physical Therapy Assistant degree in 2013. She joined the Rehab etc. team in 2020. She has been married since 2008 and has 2 children. She enjoys being outside, going to the lake, watching her boys play sports and hanging out with their dog Grizz.
Traci Sawyer
Traci attended Lynn University where she received her Physical Therapy Assistant degree in 1997. After working in other physical therapy arenas, she joined the Rehab etc. team in 2017. She enjoys spending time with her husband and kids.
Kayli Skelton
Kayli received her BS in Exercise Science at the University of Memphis in 2019. She then attended Southwest TN Community College and received her Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2021. She joined the Rehab Etc team in 2021. She is married and enjoys spending time with husband and family.
NASHVILLE LOCATION
Andrew Jeanfreau
Andrew received his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the University of Mississippi in 2009. He graduated in 2012 from Physical Therapy school at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. He joined Rehab etc. in 2012 at our Memphis Kirby location. He went on to open the Nashville clinic in December 2016. He has advanced training in Myofascial Pain management and dry needling. He is married and enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, sports and hanging out with his friends and family.
Adam Jeanfreau
Adam received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mississippi in 2009. In 2012, he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. He started his career in Memphis and moved to Nashville in 2018 to join his brother at Rehab Etc.

Katie Murrah
Introducing our women’s health physical therapist, Katie Murrah, with an orthopedic clinical background of five years with Rehab Etc. She is eager to help her patients regain their sense of body autonomy during and after pregnancy. She is trained to help female athletes get back to their sport as well as helping new moms feel strong during this new chapter of their lives. Katie completed her undergraduate at University of Tennessee Knoxville in 2014 and then went on to complete her doctorate of physical therapy at UTHSC in 2017. In 2021, she completed her CMTPT (dry needling) credentials through Myopain Seminars. She can guarantee 1-on-1 time with her patients, not only addressing their symptoms or complaints but also looking at and assessing the patient as a whole.
In her time outside of clinic, Katie enjoys spending time with her friends/family/fluffy dog, running, weight lifting, traveling and cooking.

Robert Hutchens
Robert was born and raised in Bartlett, TN, where he attended Bartlett High School and played basketball plus ran cross country and track. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro with his B.S. He went on to attend The University of Tennessee Health Science Center and received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2015. Robert worked as a tech at Rehab etc during his summers at college. After working for Methodist and Baptist as a home health physical therapist, he came back home to Rehab etc. He is certified in Dry Needling. He is married and has one daughter.

Brent McCay
Brent was born and raised in Oxford, MS. He attended the University of Mississippi, graduating in 1998 with a BSc in Exercise and Sport Science and Biology. He then attended the University of Tennessee, Memphis and received his Master of Physical Therapy degree in 2002. Brent joined the staff of Rehab etc. in 2003. He treats the full spectrum of orthopedic problems. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. He is married and enjoys spending time with his wife and child.
Zack Wier
Zack worked at a PT tech at Rehab etc. for 4 years before attending PT school. He graduated in 2017 from the University of Memphis with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science. From there he went on to attend PT school at UTHSC and graduated in 2021. He married his wife Anna in 2018 and is a Mississippi State University fan and enjoys playing drums for his church.
